'Garden Tea'

‘Garden Tea’ was painted en plein air in Katie’s garden and captures a quiet moment in August when the peaches were perfectly ripe from the local farm. This painting is an extension of the ‘Prelude’ Collection, but is offered at an introductory price, making it a great first Swatland piece to add to your collection. It was painted on one of her custom primed canvases that require months to prepare. Some of her favorite surfaces to paint on are those she prepares herself because it offers superb quality in the way of luminosity and texture.
